NetServ, an IT Professional Staffing Services and IT Services organization is looking for a seasoned IT Senior Sales manager for its Atlanta office. Role Full time hard working, focused and energetic IT Senior Sales Manager experienced in engaging client to provide IT Professional Staffing services and IT services. Key Responsibilities Initiating and generating sales leads opportunities through self-prospecting into targeted sectors for providing IT Professional Staffing Services Identifying , Developing and Building relation with Prospective New clients Building and maintaining an Ongoing solid sales pipeline Developing an understanding of the clients business challenges and pain points Meeting and exceeding mutually agreed activity and revenue targets Required Skills and Experience A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in an IT Professional Staffing Sales environment Strong Prospecting Skills, Client Relationship management, Negotiation, etc Good presentation Skills Strong Team Player A good understanding of Onshore and Offshore Engagement Models A strong desire to learn and be successful in technology sales Experience with working in a fast paced environment Ability to work with minimum supervision Reference We require 2 references as part of our initial Background check.
