Who You Are An Inside Sales Representative serves home buyers and sellers as their first point of contact in an effort to connect them to the right buyer or listing agent. We seek someone who loves the pursuit of sales opportunities and skill development. We are looking for someone with a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyer and listing agents. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills. Inside Sales Representatives are self-motivated, possess a growth-mindset and enjoy building customer relationships. Basic technical and computer skills are required. In this role, you will Pick up the phone and have conversations with new leads. Generate new home buyer or seller leads. Manage a sales pipeline using digital communication methods. Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met. Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, text, email, to add them to the sales pipeline. Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele.
