Who You Are An Inside Sales Professional handles the first point of contact between our team and prospective home buyers and sellers. We are looking for a talented individual who possesses high levels of sales, communication and business development skills. Inside Sales Agents are responsible for prospecting new leads through a variety of methods and improving our lead conversion rate. This position demands a strong work ethic and a passion for building relationships with clients. Inside Sales Professionals possess a growth-mindset, are organized, and strive to make their clients happy. If you are a self-starter this could be a great opportunity for you In this role, you will Pick up the phone and have conversations with new leads. Generate new home buyer or seller leads. Manage a sales pipeline using digital communication methods. Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met. Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, text, email, to add them to the sales pipeline. Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele.
