This opportunity might be for you We provide local staffing with a personal touch Simply put, at Spherion we find people jobs and love what we do Responsibilities: - Focused on assisting the customers in purchasing insurance plans and adding additional coverage - The ideal employee will be aiding the customer through the sales cycle and hereafter - Attends to clients needs by producing binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and other related items; verifies their accuracy using established insurance agency checklist Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills: - Effective communication skills - Works well under sales deadlines, metrics and pressure - Patience - Have good and sound judgment - Good decision making Education: High School Experience: 1-4 years Qualifications: - Must have current General Lines-Property & Casualty license for Texas - 2 years of insurance CSR experience
