SUMMARY: Assisting Director of Sales Support / with handling a variety of management and administrative duties for the General Manager of Sales Support at WGSM.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manage/supervise administrative office operations and team members for in-house, dayline, tour desk and sales operations.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES; Assist Director in supervision of all sales administrative and sales operation team members. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving. Allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors. Pursue targeted goals & objectives, report to and engage with corporate officers.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Minimum of High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Three or Four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, discounts, interest, down payments, monthly payments and mortgage protection.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding and problem solving skills to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables beyond standardized situations.
