We are currently seeking a Sales Lead Generator for our West Chester,OH location!



Job Summary:



The sales/lead generator, sources potential customers and sets-up appointments for the Comfort Consultant team. This position is the first step in the prospecting process and the Comfort Consultant team relies on this role's persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential clients.



Essential Duties/Responsibilities*:


Main role is to find prospective buyer for our products and services.
Daily mission is to generate excitement, increase brand awareness and set appointments for HVAC system sales.
Ability to demonstrate an immediate, positive impact on sales by generating qualified leads.
Discovers opportunities for our Comfort Consultant team.
Generates interest, schedules leads and sets appointments in coordination with the office staff.
Present products and answers questions to the Big Box associates.

Follows all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year's sales or experience
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multi-task
Detail oriented, outgoing, task driven and highly organized
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must dependable, reliable and goal driven.
Must have the drive to achieve or exceed productivity.
Must be friendly, enthusiastic and able to engage potential customers
Must be self-motivated, self-started, results driven individual.
Valid driver's license
General computer competency is required
Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekends hours may occasionally be required


Preferred Qualifications:
Completed college course work

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift/move up to 20 pounds frequently
Frequently performs tasks requiring bending at the waist, kneeling or crouching
Must be able to adhere to long periods of standing, walking or sitting
Ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech and/or other sounds to operate phones or other office equipment safely.
With natural or corrected vision, able to see and focus for close, distance, peripheral vision with normal depth perception
Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to others
Ability to enter text or data into a computer by means of a traditional keyboard or 10-key numeric keypad
Must be able to use arms and hands to reach overhead, signal, grab, hold, lift, turn, push and pull objects and tools
