Work Location: The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely with sporadic visits to our Akron, Ohio offices. The expectation is that the selected candidate will live within the continental US and maintain core Eastern time zone business hours.

Role Objective


Provides best in class sales support, process and project management in support of distributors and GOJO Sales teams. Collaborates with Trade Leadership, Sales Directors/Managers, Manufacturer Representatives and internal teams. Collaborates, builds, maintains and manages account relationships and activities with field sales, account representatives and key customer contacts.




Essential Functions and Responsibilities


Coordinates initiatives between distributors, GOJO sales teams, Manufacturer's Reps, End-users and other internal teams



Performs various administrative and operational functions to ensure seamless sales support and customer service for internal and external customers



Identifies and seeks priorities from distributor and account owner to provide required support



Collaborates with internal and external marketing teams to develop promotions, marketing campaigns, digital assets, etc.



Collaborates, develops, monitors and tracks progress of promotions and marketing campaigns, communicates status updates



Identifies issues that require sales management involvement and provides recommended solutions



Reviews, approves and processes distributor catalog updates, creating and/or proof to ensure accuracy of product description and stock numbers in compliance with GOJO identity standards



Timely maintenance of product additions and updates for Customer portals



Provides strong logistical support and participates as needed for team meetings, customer visits, business review meetings, trade shows, open houses, etc.



Supports, prepares content for, and participates in customer meetings, business reviews and sales meetings (ex: presentation, agenda and communications to internal and external customers)



Teams with Pricing to maintain accurate pricing and rebate programs



Provides reporting guidelines to distributors and coordinates required reporting (End User Reporting, Rebates, EDI, etc.)



Identifies reporting needs and generates sales reports (trace or direct purchases) as required or requested by distributor, account owner, sales management or leadership



Analyzes data as needed or requested by account owner or account



Participates in forecasting and inventory management activities



Ensures accurate program payment calculations and payments are made within designated time frame as outlined on account agreements



Validates and processes invoices and credit requests as outlined on trade development plans



Manages and audits distributor reporting and trade development plan programs



Provides ongoing maintenance of account, contact and opportunity records in CRM




Education and Experience


Associates Degree required; bachelor's degree preferred. Three (3) to five (5) years' experience with customer service, sales support or marketing support in a business to business environment. Analytical Skills Required. Experience with customer service, ERP and CRM systems in a manufacturing environment preferred. Proficiency with all Microsoft Applications, with intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
