You support our team as Sr. Customer Service and Inside Sales Manager
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong team, driving process improvements within the department.
Develop and maintain the customer service and satisfaction strategy.
Work with Field Sales to develop and execute the inside sales strategy
Manage and communicate KPI's to the customer service and inside sales teams and report regularly to upper management.
Responsible for the staffing, training and management for all department members.
Leverage resources throughout the organization to achieve effective results.
Oversee documentation of opportunities in CRM as appropriate
Support major industry or customer events
Establish strong product/service knowledge and competence within the department
Be an active participant in Field Sales team meetings
Ensure compliance to ISO and lean process requirements.
Lead cross functional process improvements to enhance customer experience.
Interact effectively with sales and operations regarding customer satisfaction.
Continuously improve operating metrics of cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
Represent leadership in the execution of assigned projects.
Maintain and adjust staffing analysis quarterly.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2-3 years' experience in a managerial role required.
1-2 years' experience in project management preferred.
2 + years of managing department metrics required.
2 + years of proven team and strategy development required.
Intermediate to advanced MS Suite skills, especially Excel.
Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while serving as a sparring partner to internal/external stakeholders. Fosters teamwork between employees and across the organization.
