Work Location: The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely with sporadic visits to our Akron, Ohio offices. The expectation is that the selected candidate will live within the continental US and maintain core Eastern time zone business hours.

Role Objective


Works independently and in collaboration with the collective sales team to develop and execute customer and or distributor strategies needed to drive profitable revenue growth. Utilizing virtual selling techniques and technologies to engage, maintain and grow relationships with end user and/or distributor partners. This role is responsible for account acquisition, retention and growth of account base package and advancing identified target accounts to conversion. Focus on selling innovation and increased implementation of GOJO and PURELL Solution across various markets. Collaborates, builds, maintains and manages account relationships and activities with field sales, key customer contacts, and internal stakeholders.




Essential Functions and Responsibilities


Capable of presenting, educating and encouraging GOJO value propositions and product applications in a professional manner

Responsible for driving profitable revenue growth for aligned base account package and new acquisition through the conversion of target end users.

Independently and in collaboration with RSD (Region Sales Director), builds and executes customer and distributor specific strategies to drive new logo acquisition, account growth, and account retention

Responsible for the support, growth and retention of accounts and channel partners in customer base, including target accounts

Initiates contacts with Distributor Sales Reps (DSR) and end user Key Decision Makers (KDM's) to drive revenue and profitability

Partners with GOJO Business teams, channel partners to generate interest, qualify leads, close opportunities, retain customers and generate sales

Responsible for organizing and presenting results of initiatives, best practices, and identifying areas of improvement.

Available as needed to support and respond to customer and distributor needs, prioritizing work as appropriate

Process sample orders; as well as other sales / selling transactions and contracts as needed

Maintains accurate record of all sales activities and opportunity sales advances in Salesforce.com

Responsible for the development, execution, and measurement of effective Sales campaigns through script development, cadence identification and tactic definition to drive results

Understands customer needs and requirements. Provides customized solutions

Coordinates / data mines information regarding customer campaigns, tasks / activities, and end-user opportunity sales actions.

Uses independent judgment to resolve customer issues through effective problem solving, negotiation and issue resolution, empowering use of GOJO policies. Uses judgement to engage leadership team as needed

Identifies reporting needs and generates sales reports (trace or direct purchases) as required to monitor account package and campaign effectiveness

Communicates results to appropriate team members (internal and external)

Accomplishes team and individual revenue and productivity goals as defined by Business Segment Team Leaders, and Sales Leadership.

Collaborates with others to identify and improve information management (communicating and knowledge sharing)




Education and Experience


Associates degree preferred.

Minimum of three (3) years' experience in sales operations, inside sales or sales required.

Business to business and or virtual sales experience preferred.

Proficient in Salesforce.com and all Microsoft Applications a plus.




Supervision/Coordination


Works with members of various business teams; has frequent contact with internal and external stakeholders, GOJO Sales Teams, Channel partners and end-user key decision makers (KDM)

Mostly Virtual - Less than 10% on-site work


Travel Requirements


Overnight Travel - sporadic - required.
