KPMG is currently seeking a Salesforce Sales Cloud Delivery to join our Digital Nexus organization. This is a remote work opportunity.


Responsibilities:
Responsible for Salesforce Sales Cloud application solution design, with focus on Opportunity Managment and Forecasting AppExchange related technologies
Focus on platform capabilities, development and prioritization of functional capabilities and features; Own the Salesforce Sales Cloud backlog delivery
Maximize benefit realization & innovation across Opportunity Management, Pipeline Management, Forecasting, and all other relevant OM processes (quoting, proposal management, etc.)
Support technical leads in the development of new Salesforce centric capabilities and application processes;
This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on Salesforce application solution design and platform maintenance and upkeep
Qualifications:
Minimum five years of recent experience with Salesforce sales processes design, application design, optimization and solution delivery; experience identifying Salesforce configuation-related tasks and development-related risks, considerations and limits for the platform
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated awareness of other systems in use, existing integrations and overall enterprise architecture, platform standards, security model
Strong strategic and profound knowledge about designing platform solutions on SaaS leveraging Salesforce, Force.com and AppExchange
Outstanding verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; Foster the development of high performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization; Abililty to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities
