We offer a fun, relaxed, musical work environment with opportunities for learning.

We are looking for part-time and full-time sales associates for our Falls Church boutique. We are a women-owned resale and gift shop, offering high-end clothing, handbags, jewelry and gifts.

The ideal sales associate would have a flair for both engaging with our current customers and working with our manager and assistant manager to develop enticing merchandising plans to welcome our future customers. This candidate would have a great sense of style, as well as enthusiasm and knowledge of current trends, brands and designers.

Responsibilities:

- Easily communicate with a variety of customers

- Ability to offer style assessments and suggestions

- Knowledge of inventory

- Excel in fitting room sales through style suggestions

- Maintain a clean and efficient sales floor

- Assist the managers in carrying out merchandising and social media ideas

- Cash wrap duties – effectively and efficiently ringing up sales

- Greet customers and a friendly and relaxed manner

- Offer sales suggestions to a wide range of ages

- “Set the tone” - Act as a brand ambassador reflective of both the shop’s aesthetic and values

- Both ull and part time positions available

- Past customers service and retail experience preferred but not required

Pay: $15.00 per hour
