Aflac is looking for enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individuals to work in a professional business-to-business Insurance Sales environment at our Regional office located in Chantilly VA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through marketing, referrals, and networking
• Work directly with business owners to assess their benefit needs and provide solutions accordingly
• Conduct sales presentations for business owners and their employees
• Provide exceptional sales and customer service experience to new and existing clients.
• Remain current on new marketing techniques in order to respond appropriately to changes in the industry

Job Qualifications:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Marketing skills preferred
• Experience in customer service preferred
• U.S. Work authorization required
• Criminal background check required
• Driver’s license required

Notes:

· Work hours: Monday to Friday – no weekends

· Pay rate: Commission only (up to $80,000 in the first year)

· Plenty of opportunities to qualify for bonuses and trips

· Work setting: in person and in the field

· Ability to commute to the office in Chantilly, VA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
