The Global Solution Delivery Selling & Store Operations Team is responsible for managing Front and Back of Stores solutions withing TJX IT. The organization delivers capabilities to the stores that enrich the Customer and Associate experience and provide business value. We are looking for a motivated Project Analyst to help us forecast, track and analyze financial and resource data for our Selling & Store Operations team. As a Project Analyst, your core responsibilities will include assisting the team to ensure capacity allocation, financial estimates/forecasts and projects allocations are carried out according to plan. This role will also be responsible for various tasks such as presentation development and delivery, coordination and facilitation of multiple large meetings or team sessions. You will be an independent influencer, forging new working relationships across the organization.

• Ability to Analyze and reconcile financials
• Assist in the administration and management of 3rd party resources
• Assist in the management and administration of Statements of Work
• Administration and preparation for Program Increment Events
• General Portfolio support

Minimum Qualifications

• 2-3 years relevant work experience
• Proven understanding of capital and expense accounting
• Proficient with Excel analysis and reporting
• Strong technical skills in MS Project, Powerpoint, Visio, Word, and Sharepoint
• Ability to work independently with moderately complex data from multiple sources
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills required

Great to have

• Experience working with a diverse set of cross fuctional business partners
• Experience with scrum agile and/or SAFe methodology and tools (Jira and Confluence) a plus
• Team oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills
