Summary:

This job is primarily responsible for working on the sales floor and recommending vehicles to customers based on their needs and interests.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be a vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology available for all makes and models.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day.

Qualifications:

• A valid Florida driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record in the sole discretion of Off Lease Only.
• High school diploma or equivalent .
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Passion for sales, self-motivated, strong communication skills.
• Sales and Customer Service experience- retail, hospitality, food service, insurance, real estate, etc. preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language fluently.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
