Job Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
- Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for new and pre-owned vehicles
- Daily follow-up of unsold, sold, and data mining customers
- Maintain a great customer satisfaction index
- Follow our professional dress code and behavior policies
- Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
- Generate at least 1 appointment per day
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Ability to work in a face paced, performance based environment
- General knowledge of automobile makes, models, and basic components
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit required
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
