Strickland’s Home is looking for talented, driven individuals who are interested in the Interior Design industry & working with customers to help them with their window covering and home organization needs. At Strickland’s Home, we have four divisions. Blinds, Shades & Shutters; Closets & Home Organization; Custom Garages, Draperies & Fabric Treatments.

We are currently searching for that Design and Sales Professional to specialize in Window Coverings and Custom Closet/Garage solutions. If you are that person, we have an exciting career opportunity for you.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Working with clients to solve their interior design problems. Helping guide them through the decisions when purchasing custom blinds, shades, shutters and closet systems. Working with them to make their home organized and beautiful.
• Providing an Excellent Customer Experience and managing that experience through the order process. You must enjoy building customer relationships.
• Work on building your customer base through networking & prospecting as well as cross referrals from the other departments at Strickland’s Home.
• You must be goal oriented and have a desire to grow your business and the territory which could include Brunswick, New Hanover, Pender and Surrounding Areas.
