Job Summary & ResponsibilitiesWe are currently seeking an Inside Parts Sales Representative for our Perrysburg location to join the Whiteford team! As an Inside Parts Sales Representative, you must be able to understand the customer's needs and consistently provide solutions that meet or exceed those needs. This individual must demonstrate solid sales aptitude and able to adapt to all environmental factors including multi-tasking phones, computer, and counter sales. This role must focus on immediate tasks that provide great service that creates customer loyalty. An ideal candidate must be highly personable, customer-oriented, & an independent thinker who solves problems in an ethical, intelligent, and timely manner.

• Solid equipment and parts knowledge
• Sales training in related fields
• Product knowledge that includes specific features and benefits
• Excellent grasp of mathematics for pricing principles and discounting effects
• Above-average communicator & able to focus on high level customer-relations
• Strong computer and systems knowledge
• Valid drivers license and meets insurability requirements
