WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• A high school diploma and prior customer service or inside sales experience.
• Strong communication skills and a high level of motivation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience with CRMs strongly desired but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Learn and utilize proven tools to develop rapport and influence potential customers.
• Qualify leads to ensure successful in-home appointments for our Designers.
• Accurately enter information gathered from phone conversations into our customer relations software.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,500.00 per year
