Great opportunity to join a well established Painting Franchise (15 yrs in business). We are looking for a Sales Consultant to run sales operations in Northern Palm Beach County. Territory would be roughly from Lantana Rd North To Indiantown Rd. East and West from this North South Boundary. We are looking for a self-starter who will be operating this territory as part of the main company based in Lake Park, FL. We cover all of PB County. Primary Duties will include the following.

• Estimate projects using our web-based software system.
• Present Estimate and sell job to client
• Market the company in various capacities, marketing goals will be discussed and outlined once hired.
• Collect payments from clients- occasionally
• Weekly reporting to the owner of all jobs pending and completed.
• Interface with Project Managers about upcoming jobs and progress
• Company provides pre set appointments as well as encouraging self developed leads.
• NO Cap on Earnings.
• Company Car for business use.

Ideal candidate will have the following:

• 
  
• Willingness to learn and continue to improve operations
• Experience in painting or a related field helpful but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple clients at the same time.
• Skills with SmartPhones, Email and Basic computer skills.
• Organized approach to time management and goals.
• Spanish Speaking a Plus but not required
• Reside Currently in Palm Beach or Martin County

Pay is based on a base plus percentage of every project completed with bonus and unlimited earning potential. Base bi-weekly pay to start. Unlimited commission after consistent sales are provided. We offer a company matching 401k for qualified employees (4% of pay). Candidate must have:

• Positive Mindset
• Florida Drivers License
• Good driving history
• Ability to pass a background check
• Be over 18
• Reside in Palm Beach Or Martin County Currently
