Sales Administrator I

Onsite / Full Time (8-5)

The James Monroe Wire and Cable Corporation is seeking candidates to join an experienced inside sales team as a Sales Administrator. The Sales Administrator works closely with the inside sales team to support the overall sales order process and relative logistics as well as other sales order related activities.

· The responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:

· Create and maintain sales orders in Aptean Axis ERP system

· Perform sales order related tasks such as matching invoices with relative shipment paperwork, assigning new part numbers, maintain sales order documentation and run various ERP sales reports

· Create and manage customer accounts in Aptean Axis ERP System

· Archiving of closed sales orders

· Maintain all sales related filing systems

· Direct incoming calls to the appropriate Department/Individual

· Assist with various sales related projects

Required Experience:
Microsoft Office Experience (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Experience

Office Admin (Preferred)

Required Education:

High School / GED
