LEI is looking for an experienced professional who is self motivated, extremely organized, and detail oriented to join our team.

Key Duties:

The Snow Account Manager/ Area Supervisor serves as the primary contact for their assigned customers, and providing direct and indirect supervision for assigned crews.

• Individuals will be responsible for interfacing with contractors and vendors in a professional manner.
• Consistently and effectively coordinate, plan, and execute projects that support your teams internal strategy and timelines
• Manages and tracks individual projects and follows up to make sure they are completed
• Serve as our clients primary contact to ensure customer satisfaction and outstanding quality of work.
• Oversee a portfolio of snow accounts
• Deliver excellent customer service and conflict resolution
• conduct client meetings and site walk-throughs, upselling present opportunities for enhancements and ensure operations are meeting quality and safety standards.
• Maintains accurate and honest records such as contact reports, status reports, dashboards, etc.
• Manage and update sales pipeline and obtain proper approval prior to performing any out-of-contract work.
• follow proper corporate procedures to ensure timely billing of completed jobs
• Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn industry programs quickly
• Prepares reports and analyses setting forth progress, trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions

Flexibility:

The core business hours that you work may change based on business needs and weather related events. Must have 24/7 availability during Snow and Ice Events and/or Storms.

Preferred Experience:

• experience managing commercial accounts
• experience working in the Commercial Snow and Landscape Industry
