We are looking for a proven, motivated, experienced sales professional to build a sales territory in Toledo, Ohio. The sky is the limit for the ambitious person who wants to put in the time and effort! We are a family-run company proudly working in our seventh decade of business. The guiding principle of Blue Ribbon Meats & Seafood is to provide exceptional customer service to all of our customers. The ideal candidate will exemplify exceptional customer service in all aspects of their work including phone work, meticulous follow-up and follow-through skills, onsite customer visits, and ever-developing product knowledge.

The ideal candidate will:

-Have 5+ years of food sales experience

-Work well independently

-Have a background in food service

-Be accountable

-Be a self starter

-Be able to generate new business, with cold calls and visits

-Work hard to maintain existing business relationships, with regular visits and calls

-Have strong networking skills

-Be a strong multi-tasker

-Work well in a fast-paced day

Daily Responsibilities Include:

-Visit both new and existing customers

-Make daily phone calls to both new and existing customers to collect daily orders

-Key in daily orders using our custom ordering system (training available)

-Be available for customer correspondence until daily order cut-off of 9pm.

-Communicate pricing, product availability, and updates to customers in real time throughout the business day.

-Make building customer relationships a priority

-In this role, the sky is the limit! Good things will come to a rep who is willing to put in the time and effort to help expand this territory.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
