Full description of the position

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturdays 11am-2pm

Duties

· Greet customers arriving

· Answer customer questions about cars, financing, and purchase process

· Accompany customers on test drives

· Collect licenses and documentation beforehand

· Coordinate with supervisor to determine each customer’s financing and ownership options

· Go over vehicle prices and trade in value with customers

· Showcase vehicles and explain their features to the customer

· Answer phones and take messages

· Answer leads via message and call customers

· Call customers on follow- up sheet

· Keep the car lot in order

· Fill out Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement Forms

· Prepare paperwork for registry

· Submit customer credit applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,428.00 - $66,747.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fitchburg, MA 01420: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
