Job Description:

Inside Sales Representative in our Westborough, MA Office. The Inside Sales position requires the highest quality of service to both our internal and external clients through strategic support, innovation, and commitment that exceeds the expectations of our clients. The position requires strong listening and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a close team environment.

The position includes a variety of responsibilities associated with client support both internally and externally to ensure optimal client satisfaction in our efforts to drive design wins to revenue. ISRs manage direct business utilizing our systems, act as a main point of contact between our clients and the corporate office, and understands our clients buying process by analyzing data within reports, and developing partnerships with clients, field sales and corporate personnel.
