Full description of the position

Overview:
Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:15pm, alternating Saturdays 8:45am-1:15pm (at least 2 Saturdays per month) When working Saturday, option of full or 1/2 day off during the M-F workweek! Position floats between Marlborough and Acton, MA based off business needs - "Home Branch is Marlborough, MA."

Our Sales and Service Representatives sell and promote our diverse membership benefits, build strong relationships and provide exceptional service to our members and potential members. AAA is more than Roadside Service & Towing, we offer Insurance and Financial Services, Tour & Travel booking and amazing Discounts!


  • Sign-on bonus terms: Any candidate who accepts a full-time, regular job as a Lead Sales and Service Representative with AAA Northeast at our Marlborough, MA location will be eligible to receive a $1500 sign-on bonus.
Effective 10/4/22 through 3/30/23. This bonus is payable in 2 installments, 1/2 when you start and 1/2 upon successful completion of 3 months of employment (3 months from the day you start work)

Responsibilities:


Our Sales and Service Representatives in our Branch locations promote the sales of primary and associate AAA memberships, counsel potential members on benefits of AAA members, including AAA Premier, Plus, and other branch promotions; makes any changes on existing memberships and assists members with membership problems. Assists members with RMV/DMV services (where applicable), passport photos, foreign currency, theme park tickets, entertainment tickets, travel needs, car rentals, accommodations and points of interest; provides AAA publications and other materials to members; makes hotel, car, bus and ferry reservations for members; counsels and books members special packages/city tours or travel promotions.

Qualifications:
  • One year of customer service experience
  • High School diploma or GED
