JOB DESCRIPTION:
CycleBar is the national leader in indoor cycling with more 250+ franchise locations in the United States and Canada. We are currently expanding our team at CycleBar Perrysburg and are seeking a qualified Sales Leader that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our fitness brand. This is the perfect opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis, while helping create and grow a supportive and meaningful community!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Drive membership and retail sales with the ability to hit daily, weekly, monthly targets as set by the Owner
· Proactively drive lead generation activities, including grass roots marketing, digital advertising support, social media messaging, networking, and attending outside pop-up events on behalf of studio
· Provide an exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members and potential prospects via face-to-face service, phone, email, and text communications
· Contacting prospects / leads on daily basis via phone and texting to schedule classes and enroll them in memberships
· New member acquisition and converting non-members to members, while working to minimize membership attrition; retain existing members and engage with them in a way that also generates referrals from their own networks
· Be readily available to come in studio and talk with potential prospects both before and after classes to help drive / close membership sales, including mornings, evenings, or weekends; this includes getting non-members situated and comfortable with their in-class experience before class begins
· Help supervise team performance and drive superior results, including continued sales coaching to all front desk sales staff
· Participate and drive networking / community events in the surrounding community and any applicable studio promotions
· Help collect outstanding membership dues from our membership base, as needed
· Become proficient in our ClubReady software to troubleshoot member account inquiries, and drive / discover possible sales opportunities
· Execute light operational duties in studio such as: scheduling staff, aiding with social media and anything else as the Owner deems fit
· Assist owner with other duties and tasks not mentioned above
REQUIREMENTS:
· 2+ years of fitness sales, or relevant sales experience is required
· Confident in generating sales opportunities from both within and outside your network, and training front desk sales staff
· Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail
· Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
· Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
· Must be solutions-based and results-oriented, self-motivated and capable of taking initiative
· Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
· An affinity and passion for fitness
· Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
