Full description of the position

Az Southeast Distributors seeks eager, entry level individual to join our dynamic team

  • Beverage experience a plus but not required.
  • Candidate must be able to lift and/or carry a minimum of 40lbs. repetitively.
  • Candidate must have excellent communication and people skills, be natural problem solvers, and be clean and professional in appearance.

  • Bilingual is a plus/ not required

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationship with customers
  • Represent the company; maintain a professional seller-buyer relationship with existing customers and bring in new accounts
  • Maintain accounts through weekly visits, accurate orders, effective merchandising, quality products. Represent the entire product line and introduce new packages. Make customers aware of new products and services
  • Merchandise all accounts with current / thematic / permanent and temporary P.O.S. Install and maintain displays.
  • Ensure proper placement of coolers, shelves and displays; obtain and maintain maximum space, in keeping with display and distribution standards
  • Thorough knowledge of our product lines. Stay current with competitive market conditions, prices and products; perform market analysis, as required.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and promotional activities
  • Pre selling accounts and Entering orders electronically via iPad
  • Communicating weekly sales, special promotions, new product lines, and new flavors to accounts, as well as distributing point of sale material supporting sales and promotions to existing and potential customers.
  • Maintain working relationship with district managers, customers, drivers and fellow salesman
