Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY
Position is responsible to guide and manage the Business Development team to achieve territory referral/admission goals resulting in reaching the monthly, quarterly and yearly Organizational goals of TrustBridge.

Qualifications:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Education/Regulatory Requirements:

o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field. (May substitute comparable experience for educational requirement)

B. Skills:

o Three to five years of experience in the healthcare market, sales/marketing preferred.

o Minimum three years of experience in direct management of sales and marketing representatives.

o Experienced in budget management.

o Experienced in implementation of marketing plans and determining measurable objectives.

o Experienced in using computer management systems.

C. Professional Requirements:

o Ability to work with and relate well to others internal/external to the organization.

o Requires excellent oral & written communication skills.
