Now Hiring - Advanced Motion Controls - Manufacturing APPLICATIONS ENGINEER in Camarillo, CA

Position /Job Functions:

We are looking for a motivated Applications Engineer to become an integral part of our team. Will work with customers, sales, design, and production to integrate our servo drives into next generation robotics and automation. In addition to Applications Engineering you will be part of the Product Management team to help with the specification and development of new products.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding technical support and training to our customers and sales partners via phone, email, web-based meeting, and in person.
• Communicate specifications, requirements and problems to internal teams.
• Hands-on testing, measuring and reporting of findings, working AMC amplifiers, third party devices, and customer equipment.
• Represent AMC’s talented team at trade shows and marketing events.
• Some travel including international required, up to 15%.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior related work experience preferred.
• Prior experience with motion control or mechatronics desired.
• C/C++ programing experience.

Education Requirements:

• BSEE, BSME, BSCE, or related degree required.

Pay Range: $65,000 to $75,000 annual salary.
