Waldorf Ford is one of the largest volume Ford dealerships in the nation. With growth in mind, Waldorf Ford is seeking highly motivated professionals to join their award winning sales team for another record year. Prior experience in automotive sales is preferred however, it is not necessary we will train you "the Waldorf Ford way"! The ideal candidate is ready to take-charge, works smart, self-motivated, and makes the car buying experience fun. Waldorf Ford provides a friendly and professional work environment, a heavy flow of internet leads, phone and street traffic, and a huge inventory of new and previously owned vehicles to choose from.

Certified Product Sales Specialist Qualifications:

• Greet and assist customers in a timely manner when entering the property
• Follow up with the prospective customers and return calls, text & emails
• Spend time with customers to determine their needs and then providing options
• Be able to maintain dealerships standard in CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores

Job Requirements for Certified Product Sales Specialists

• High School Diploma

• Must Have Valid Drivers License
• Successfully Pass Background Test, Drug Screen and Motor Vehicle Background Screen
• Reliable Means of Transportation
• Must be able to stand for extend periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
