Diamond Technical Services, Inc is a technical services and engineering consuliting company catering to the utilitity, oil, gas, chemical and power industries.

DTS is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to assist in expanding our clientele. This individual will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

1. Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.

2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

3. Arrange B/D meetings with prospective clients

4. Promote the company’s services, addressing or predicting client’s needs and objectives

5. Assist in preparing proposals ensuring adherence to company rules and guidelines

6. Assist in maintaining sales records, revenue, invoices, etc

7. Provide feedback and after sales support

8. Build long term relationships with new and existing customers

9. Assist in developing entry level staff

Qualifications:

1. Proven working experience in construction industry as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.

2. Proven sales track record

3. Experience in customer support is a plus

4. Proficiency in MS Office

5. Market knowledge - Experience a plus

6. Communication and negotiation skills

7. Ability to build rapport and work as a team

8. Time management and planning skills
