Now Hiring - Employee Benefits Assistant Account Manager in Perrysburg, OH

Brown & Brown is seeking an Assistant Account Manager for our Employee Benefits team in Perrysburg, OH!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Provide internal assistance to Account Managers.
• Handle all product implementation paperwork with carriers.
• Request, review, and coordinate updates. Track client plan documents such as booklets, contracts, SPDs, etc.
• Assist Account Managers with the preparation of materials for client meetings and renewals.
• Track and manage compliance documents as needed.
• Assist with enrollment and billing issues, as needed.
• Maintain accurate client and team information in agency management systems. Maintain client documents in system and shared drive.
• Gather renewal information and assemble applications and schedules for Account Management team.
• Assist Account Management team in delivering client service and meeting client retention goals.
• Prepare draft client communication materials (e.g. educational guides).
• Assume other job responsibilities as assigned by producer or department manager.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Required:

• High School diploma or GED
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Exceptional telephone demeanor
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to obtain Life/Health Insurance license within 6 months of hire

Preferred

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related discipline

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
