As a Customer Service Account Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day account activities of Donahue-Corry’s customers and engaging with customers on behalf of the company.
Your role is vital in helping the company retain our customers. You must relate with customer to understand what their specific needs are and to enable the company to meet those needs. You will be working closely with our sales team and our key vendors to ensure customer satisfaction. Duties include:
· Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts in conjunction with the sales team
· Work with sales team, management, coworkers & vendors to find appropriate solutions
· Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer the customer’s questions
· Escalation queries and concerns with the appropriate parties
· Oversee Customer Follow Up
· Vendor Follow Up
· Order Processing
· Invoicing
· Estimations
· Inventory Management
· Commission Pay Management
· Provide required support for company’s operations as a very important team player
· The position requires someone who is comfortable working as part of a team and independently in a small office setting.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
