A dynamic, internally motivated individual capable of managing multiple priorities, tasks, projects, and assignments. Defines problems based on fact and determines effective resolutions. Interprets and analyzes information in order to maintain accurate marketing information. Maintains effective working relationships and participates as an active member of a multidisciplinary professional team. Communicates with coworkers, administration, senior management, patients and others in a courteous and professional manner. Maintains confidentiality at all times. Responsible for carrying out marketing and service policies, programs and systems to support strategic direction and aligning business plans with organizational objectives. Works within a teamwork system with Community Relations Representative team members to ensure the best possible and effective communications to company customers. Provides leadership and guidance to representative team members to maximize talents and skills.

Knowledge of marketing, gathering and interpreting information about marketing, customer service, corporate functions and vision. Understanding the range of resources needed for marketing department to operate in the most efficient manner possible. The ability to work in a supportive, caring and non-judgmental environment with staff and patients. The ability to function calmly in crisis situations. The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all staff members, patients, outside agencies, families and members of the community. The ability to confer with other professional members of the business team in order to develop, coordinate, and integrate marketing plans. The ability to demonstrate leadership in an engaging and professional manner.

Marketing Region: Northern FL and Panhandle areas

This is a home-based position that does require travel.
