Tire and Automotive Service Manager Needed

Description:

Store Sales and Management positions are responsible for several aspects of the store’s operations. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced automotive leader who is motivated and strives for excellence. Prior experience as Sales or Service person, auto dealership experience, automotive retail, auto sales, or service writer is very helpful to the success at this job.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Our Sales and Service Staff positions have duties that include but are not limited to: * Complete training both live and online with ongoing online learning and periodic live training (following up on work results) * Ensuring availability of merchandise and services by helping maintain inventories. * Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. * Ability to maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements and believing in a Customer First Attitude.

* Ability to easily lift 25 to 55 pounds as needed with full range of motion * Helping other employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment. * Striving to continually market our stores and our service to potential customers and businesses The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and /or ability required. Experience: Two to four years Tire Retail, or management experience with previous auto, wheel and tire experience a must. Language Ability: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general service and automotive repair guidelines, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from upper management, employees, vendors, customers and the general public. Fluency in English is a must, fluency in Spanish is a plus. Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts, calculate interest, and percentages.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of Basic Computer customer and data entry, Inventory software; and know how to move around the Internet. Certificates and Licenses: Valid in state driver’s license. We conduct drug screenings, & background check. Our Sales and Service positions offer great pay and benefits. Come join our team!
