As a Mortgage Sales Representative/Account Executive with Ross Mortgage Company you will be tasked with forging relationships with internal leads interested in a home loan product. Through our sales process you will guide clients through the journey of applying, qualifying and ultimately financing their home! Along the way our CRM and sales managers will be there to assist and provide necessary support and training to make you as confident and comfortable in your role as possible.

No sales or mortgage experience necessary. This is an entry level sales position where we will provide the necessary trainings for you to be as successful as possible!
