Fit Factory in Berlin, MA is looking for a friendly, upbeat and personable individual with Management experience in the Fitness Industry!

The ideal candidate for this position has previous Health Club Management experience or someone who has been working for a gym/health club as a Sales Associate and is looking for the next step. If you are looking to gain experience in customer relations, fitness, or management, than this is perfect for you!

This is a Full-Time position. This position works along side with the General Manager as a team to ensure the club is running at an optimal level.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing the first positive impression of our health club;

Train and manage a staff of 5-10 team members;

Interact with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about Fit Factory and rectify concerns; ensuring Member satisfaction and retention

Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems;

Pursuing Membership sales and leads

Communicating with Past Due members

Physical Functions:

Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift;

Ability to occasionally bend at waist with some twisting up to one hour of workday;

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of Face To Face Retail Customer Service experience

Minimum of 1-2 years experience working in a Health Club

Minimum 6 months of Management experience

Ability to develop and lead a team

Ability to provide high level customer service

A High School Diploma Or Equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of Health Club Management experience

Minimum of 12 months of Management experience

Above average team leadership skills

Above average customer service skills

A High School Diploma Or Equivalent required
