Local Annapolis-Area Landscape Company is seeking a qualified Account Manager. We are a well- established and growing Commercial and Residential Landscape Maintenance and Design company with a passion for the Green Industry, a drive to be the best, and a penchant to have fun while working hard!

Experience:

A successful candidate must have:

-At least 3 years of Landscape Maintenance and/or design experience in a supervisory capacity.
-Horticultural Degree/Certification and/or other pertinent Industry Certification
-A working knowledge of plant material and horticultural practices
-Understanding of landscape irrigation systems & landscape lighting
-Pool design and maintenance knowledge and experience would be a plus (but is not a requirement)
-Bilingual English/Spanish Skills Preferred
-A Positive Attitude, good interpersonal skills & strong work ethic
-Great Organization & computer skills
-Basic computer skills utilizing Google and Microsoft Office programs
-Clean MD driver’s license & DOT medical card required.

This is a critical position directly responsible for the quality, productivity, and safety in our field operations, as well as a front line of contact in customer accounts and relationships. Experience with customer service, commercial maintenance, irrigation, equipment care, safety training, pesticide use and reporting, renovation bidding, design/build and installation is required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing production for multiple landscape maintenance crews
Building customer relationships through effective communication, customer service and regular site visits
Selling enhancement & maintenance services

SALARY & BENEFITS:
We offer a competitive yearly salary – Starting at $45,000 per year
Weekly pay – direct deposit available
Vacation/sick leave
Health, dental, & vision insurance offered after 1 year of employment (company covers 50%)
