Market Development Specialist

Overview

The market Development Specialist is a key member of the Asiacom Americas Inc. business team responsible for leading a strategy marketing team to accelerate the Data Center business with customers and developer communities. This is a highly influential role reporting directly to the CEO with the opportunity to shape Asiacom’s brand identity. We are looking for a market Development Specialist who is passionate about experienced in developing an integrated approach to marketing, industry relations.

Responsibilities

• Development prospect marketing. Integrating new development frameworks and managing.
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target customers.
• Communicate with new client representatives regarding major business and technology updates.
• Identify and recommend solutions to meet client needs.
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
• Produce, or direct the production of communications including, but not limited to website, intranet site, marketing collateral, templates, videos, photography, graphics, and digital media.
• Implement the public relations strategy, manage media relationships, and proactively pitch business.
• Work with Marketing and Creative teams to identify best practices, opportunities for site enhancements across design and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
• Exceptional demonstrated verbal communication, presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of a years of professional work experience in marketing.
• It has flexible working hours and may request to travel or work on weekends and evenings as needed.
• High level of commitment, responsibility, able to work independently.

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,048.92 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sterling, VA 20166: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
