What You Can Expect:
As a sales representative, you will be generating new residential business accounts and maintaining current accounts by working with national builders and customers in the local market. The objective is to sell insulation, gutter, and garage door materials along with the labor to install the products in homes. You will have the ability to develop your own sales action plan to meet annual sales management goals. Your work will take you in and out of the office and include, but not be limited to:
  • Conducting on-site measurements to verify accuracy of the "take-off from" plans
  • Presenting proposals to potential customers and clients
  • Scouting new home developments and/or contacting individuals on a published permit list
  • Completing monthly sales reports
To Be Successful:
  • 1-3 years of construction experience or construction
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Understand basic construction, knowledgeable of products, and timeline of installations
For Your Safety:
  • Drive a car
  • Lift light to moderate weight
  • Able to stand for an extended period of times
