This person would be responsible for contacting customers, answering general questions and scheduling appointments with service and sales staff.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with customers through phone, email and text
• Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
• Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

Requirements:

• Good oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Must be able to navigate the internet and general computer programs.(i.e. Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Must be able to work within a fun, fast paced work environment
• Has the d rive to hit sales quotas and goals
