Kanzaki Specialty Papers, located in Ware, MA, is a world leader in specialty coated materials and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Oji Holdings Co., Ltd., one of the largest paper companies in the world. Kanzaki has an opening for a full-time Customer Service Account Manager.

This position is responsible for providing direct support to our customers. Duties include but not limited to:

• Respond to customer telephone and/or written inquiries
• Process customer orders, follow through to completion
• Prepare and deliver price quotations
• Manage full complaint process to include returns, IDA’s, credits, etc.
• Expedite orders and return goods authorization for both domestic and imports
• Coordinate with global affiliates regarding sale of imports into the U.S.
• Analyze individual solutions and take appropriate action to ensure customer needs are met
• Coordinate activities pertaining to customer needs with internal company departments
• Provide necessary follow-up, initiate and deliver correspondence to customer
• Access, update and maintain customer computer database and manual recordkeeping systems for individual accounts
• Partner with sales to distribute biweekly sales reports
• Analyze and monitoring customer activity against budget and forecasting
• Act as liaison between outside Sales and Manufacturing
• Maintain exceptional customer relations while proactively seeking additional business opportunities with existing and new customers

Duties require visual attention to written detail, effective verbal and written communication ability; manual coordination and dexterity in operation of computer; highly proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
