Full description of the position

The Breakers is offering a $500 sign-on bonus to individuals hired as full-time retail sales associates for The Breakers Retail Division between December 16, 2022 - January 15, 2023. Part-time sales associates will be eligible for a $250 sign-on bonus.

*To meet eligibility requirements, team members cannot be currently employed by The Breakers. Returning team members cannot be employed for at least one year from the date of separation and rehire application.

**Your sign-on bonus will be paid following the 90-day introductory period with the stipulation you are employed with us for twelve months. If not, you will be responsible for reimbursing the allowance on a pro-rate basis. The Breakers may use ending net wages as a method of repayment.

Looking for a team player who is friendly, motivated, and service oriented with sales experience to work in a variety of retail outlets. Requires ability to work for multiple managers and a variety of different merchandise. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays required. Must have excellent customer service skills and be responsive, proactive and highly adaptable.

Retail Hours: 10am - 6pm

Hourly rate of pay plus shared commission pool.
