Account Manager

Description:

We are seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our Sage Network team, at our Camarillo, CA. location and grow with us. If you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, experience in IT sales background, and a genuine customer service mindset, we would like to discuss how we could work together to take your career in selling Information Technology Services to the next level.

The primary responsibility of an Account Manager is to obtain orders or contracts for Sage Network & Communications services. The Account Manager is responsible for locating and brining in new business, as well as maintaining Client relationships that increase the usage of services and workforce.

Sage’s IT Support Services include the option for proactive, end-to-end support of your IT and Telecom needs for a fixed monthly rate and our services are tailored to the needs of each of our clients. Sage can be a single point of contact for proactively supporting your end-users, applications, network, monitoring on systems and devices, internet connections, and hosted VoIP.

Sage’s Telecommunications Services include fiber and wireless primary and secondary internet connections. As a CLEC, Sage’s turnkey services include evaluating circuit options, design, in-house project management, provisioning, configuration, circuit turn-up and once cutover, includes billing, troubleshooting and customer service all in-house.




Major Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and exceeds sales goals set by the Company.
  • Communicates detailed Client needs to the Sales Director.
  • Generates IT sales leads and prospects.
  • Makes direct sales calls and presentations to Clients at their place of business.
  • Educates Prospects and Clients about the relationship between the use of a highly skilled variable workforce and productivity and profitability.
  • Registers new Clients according to the business plan and educates the Client about the benefits and terms of doing business with Sage Network & Communications.
  • Attends required meetings, including One on One meetings with General Manager or Sales Manager, Operations meetings, Business Development meetings, and IT Sales Training meetings.
  • Completes and presents a daily plan for the following week to the General Manager.

  • Build and Foster Strong Business Relationships – Deliver a consultative, needs-based selling approach to our clients.
  • Grow IT Sales – Prospect, cold call and canvass within your set territory to manage current clients as well as develop new business.
  • Ensure Client Satisfaction – Conduct routine check-ins with Clients and take a pulse on satisfaction/needs, own and troubleshoot issues as they arise to a thorough resolution.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues – Share best practices and facilitate an environment of learning, maintain open communication and transparency with all team members to operate as a well-oiled machine.
