Used Car Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Acquire and maintain Used Car Inventory thru various sources.
• Hire, motivate, mentor and train the Sales team
• Work with the team to maintain sales profitability of New and/or Pre-Owned Vehicles
• Manage Customer Retention
• Establish and maintain performance standards
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Used Car Sales Manager Qualifications:

• Previous automotive leadership experience with increasing responsibility
• Proven ability to close sales
• Should be customer focused with the ability to “think on your feet”
• Ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematic skills
• Valid driver's license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
