The Company:

PriscillaM Beauty Inc. provides airbrush makeup and hairstyling for special events with an award-winning team of talented girls. We specialize in bridal makeup & hair.

The Position:

We are looking for someone who is looking to grow with us long-term. The more we grow as a company the more you will too financially! Very bubbly in personality, social, leader & problem solver!

Our studio is located in Germantown MD. Full time position. Workdays are Tuesday-Saturday. With Sunday & Monday off. No telecommute. Be able to work occasionally Sundays in exchange for another day off.

You will be assisting and training with the owner to become the client and talent liaison (basically the second face of the company).

As a Client Liaison, you will:

• Communicate with clients for events via email, call, or text responses and provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule client and team appointments.
• Communicate with the team for events via email, call or text responses.
• Communicate and work with vendors and venues for client events.
• Keep all work organized and easy to access for other team members in Google Drive
• Contracts and invoicing clients.
• Sales Calls with potential clients.
• Generate potential leads on all social media platforms.
• Reaching out to potential clients to book their event.
• Creating timelines.
• Replying to all questions clients and the team have during the week/weekend.
• Servicing clients in our studio when we have appointments.
• Maintain the studio by ordering supplies and cleaning the space.
• Weekly newsletter & blog creation.
• It is with the understanding that more tasks can and will be added as we continue to grow as a company.
• Bilingual in Spanish, just a bonus but not required.

Pay: $41,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
