JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for supporting the Sales Operations Team and Account Managers with administrative sales activities, including but not limited to, maintaining accurate database item information, responding to content requests, creating and distributing reports, and coordinating samples. Position is also responsible for fielding questions/requests within shared inbox and coordinating team travel, dinners, and activities as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Track retailer and item information in real time by compiling and sorting data provided by sales team members and brokers, filtering into the proper databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of information. Create and distribute reports as requested.
- Update item and/or retailer status daily in the item database. Manage content within various 3rd party content sites (i.e., Syndigo, Salsify, IX-One, WERCSmart, Smarter Sorting, etc.) ensuring content is accurate and current.
- Provide sales team and brokers with item specifications, images, and web content as requested. Input content into appropriate templates ensuring proper formatting and utilizing Dropbox/WeTransfer when needed.
- Coordinate sample requests from warehouse and/or ship on-hand samples from headquarters. Partner with cross-functional departments to create mock-ups for presentations and product launches as requested.
- Maintain shared inbox by assigning and/or forwarding to appropriate parties or addressing question or request directly.
- Organize travel, dinner, transportation, and, activities for various team events.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years administrative experience
- Nutritional and/or health-positive consumer products experience preferred
SPECIFIC OR ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Detail oriented and organized
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally within the company
- Ability to work on-site at the Palm Beach Gardens, FL HQ
