The Associate Sales Manager will be required to work closely with the Sales and Marketing team on business development and prospecting to meet annual budgeted sales revenue goals.

The Associate Sales Manager will:

• Work in an assigned market or with a business development goal in the Transient or Group segments.
• Prospecting, soliciting, selling, and confirming business on behalf of the resort.
• Assist the Transient and Group Sales Managers with administrative duties including but not limited to preparing Proposals and Contracts, Site Inspections, assisting Sales Presentations, and sending Client Communications to Preferred and Strategic Partners.
• The position will also provide office support and coverage as needed.

This role will be a property-based entry-level Sales Management position that will primarily assist our remote Sales Managers and be responsible for their own sales territory and goals.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years in luxury hotel sales related experience or conference planner role preferred, or 1 year in sales as a sales manager.
