Integrated Healthcare Staffing is a national healthcare staffing agency dedicated to providing healthcare professionals to hospitals and nursing facilities for temporary and contract/travel assignments. Founded in 1998, we have quickly expanded to include offices throughout the United States. We have developed relationships with hundreds of clients across the US and have earned a reputation within the healthcare industry for delivering exceptional customer service to employees and clients.

Our rapid growth has led to an expansion of our organization. We are currently seeking Healthcare Recruiters to join our team.

Responsibilities:

· Sourcing of healthcare professionals for per diem and contract assignments

· Qualifying candidates based on requirements for nursing assignments

· Maintaining pipelines of passive candidates

· Customer relationship development and management

· Manage correspondence between healthcare professionals and agency

· Complete profile for candidate submittals in the absence of Recruitment Coordinator.

· Qualifying candidates based on client requirements for specific orders

· Maintaining pipelines of active candidates

· Demonstrate problem solving, deal presentation and closing abilities

· Personnel management for external employees

· Manage correspondence between healthcare professionals and Contract Managers

Requirements:

· Minimum of two years sales and/or recruiting experience

· Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred

· Knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred

· Experience in relationship management and strong phone skills

· Detail oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills

· Self-directed

· Coachable

· Excellent communication skills

· Proficient with MS Office Suite and other computer applications

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes salary pay, an aggressive commission plan, bonus programs, 401k and medical/dental/vision benefits.

$55,000-70,000 total comp (includes base, weekly commission and annual bonus)
