As a Sales Associate & Beauty Advisor, you will connect and engage with our guests by providing exceptional customer services and being an expert in the EWC brand. You will use your expertise to ensure every moment is an opportunity to create a memorable experience. Here's what you will be doing:

• Be a true ambassador of the brand ensuring that every guest feels welcome and is treated according to EWC standards
• Drive and exceed KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality of sales
• Understand and explain the benefits of our savings program, loyalty offers, products and promotions
• Answer phone calls professionally and respond to guest inquiries
• Create and maintain accurate notations of guest's reservations
• Process guest purchases and maintain accurate cash drawer
• Maintain a clean and tidy lobby

Here’s what you need to bring to the table:

• Ability to work minimum of 20 hours/week (32 if full time) including evening and weekend availability, because that’s when we’re busy
• A genuine desire to provide guests with great service
• A consistently awesome attitude
• A history of excellent attendance
• Minimum one year sales experience
• High School diploma

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
